Up for sale is an Extremely Rare, Possibly Unique Audemars Piguet (Ref 25767BC) 18k White Gold, Diamond (18.2 ct), & Sapphire Quantieme Perpetual No.1 Oversized 58mm Pocket Watch w/ Pullout Strut Piece c. 1994. Set with 85 brilliant-cut diamonds and 52 baguette-cut stones for a total of 18.2 carats. Possible “Piece Unique” special order made for Prince Jefri, brother of the Sultan of Brunei. Signed, square 18k white gold open face case no. D47277 measures 58mm, weighs approx. 172.5g, and features a diamond-set bezel with large sapphire-set radial Roman numeral hour markers at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock, diamond-set pullout strut piece, sapphire-set crown, and case-back secured by 4 screws. Signed, full diamond-set dial with sapphire-set hour markers, four blue mother of pearl subsidiary dials for day at 9 o’clock, month at 12 o’clock, date at 3 o’clock, and seconds & moonphase calendar at 6 o’clock. Signed, manual winding mechanical movement no. 366931 with 20 jewels. In excellent condition.
