Signed, round, 18k yellow gold, hunter case no. 245900 measures 50mm, weighs approx. 107.5g and features a hinged monogrammed case-back, engraved cuvette and quarter repeater slide. Signed, white enamel dial with black Breguet numerals, blued steel spade & whip hands, subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and outer minute track. Manual winding quarter repeating movement no. 124835. Accompanied by original numbered Patek Philippe box, certificate of origin, pouch, extra mainspring, and Patek endorsed retailers business card. In excellent vintage condition.
