Signed, round, 18k yellow gold case no. 2863940 measures 33mm and features a hinged case-back, snap-off cuvette engraved for the 150th Anniversary, and screwed lugs. Signed, white dial with black Breguet numerals, black Breguet hands, subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and outer minute track. Black Patek Philippe band with 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Signed manual winding mechanical movement no. 769028 with 18 jewels. Signed case, dial, movement, band, buckle. Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives. In excellent condition.
