Signed, octagonal-shaped 18k yellow gold case no. 781004265 measures 25mm and features a stepped bezel, inset crown, and case back secured by four screws. Signed, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, blued steel sword hands, and a secret signature at the 7 o’clock position. Cartier black band with gold buckle. Signed mechanical movement with 17 jewels. Signed case, dial, movement, band. In excellent vintage condition.
