Round 18k yellow gold case no. 8620 measures 55 mm, with engine turned decorative guilloche pattern on outer case front and back. Signed white enamel dial features black Roman numerals with seconds subdial at the 6 o’clock position. Two near-invisible cracks between III and IIII. Stem wound mechanical movement no. 8620. Chiming minute repeater. Watch weighs 160g. In excellent condition. Inventory no. 21907.
