Up For Sale is a Patek Philippe 18k Yellow Gold Open Face Pocket Watch c. 1920s.  The Case is 18k Yellow Gold, Round, Open Face Weighing 57.4 g and Measuring 44 mm . Decorative Bow pattern case edge is echoed on dial.  The Pocket Watch Features a Gold Dial with Breguet numerals and blue steeled spade hands. Seconds subdial at the 6 o’clock position, missing hand.  Mechanical Movement, no. 803554.  In Excellent Vintage Condition
