Screwed-down case back and lapidated straight lugs. Signed satiné silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and hands, gold outer minute divisions, and subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 o’clock position. Patek Philippe 18K gold textured brick bracelet measures 190 mm end to end with Patek jewelry clasp. Cal. 27-460 movement, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and 18K gold rotor.
