The Caliber 13.5 is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery,1998, p. 36 pl. 45.
Reference 4404 was in production from 1976 – 1979. It is a wonderfully elegant and unusual example of a dual time wristwatch made even more appealing by the two dials which have been fully cast with diamonds and set against a black onyx dial. This watch would be an asset to any watch collector who may also appreciate travel and the ability to know to separate time zones for home and away, for example, by simply glancing at their wrist.
