Signed round 18k yellow gold case no. 204401 measures 47mm with multicolored enamel geometric floral design on case back. Beautiful signed cream enamel dial with Breguet style black Arabic numerals, blue steeled hands, and a subseconds dial at 6 o’clock position. Signed mechanical movement no. 335296.
