Up for sale is a Vacheron Constantin unusual silvered brass helm-form desk clock. Made in c. 1913. Gilt movement No. 345180, bimetallic compensation balance, precision regulator. Two-tone silver dial, Breguet numerals to the matte ring, inner engine-turned section, engine-turned subsidiary seconds, blued steel moon-style hands. Set within a large silver ship’s helm on a wooden base. Case, dial and movement signed. In good vintage condition.
