Paying with credit card:

At the present moment we do not take credit cards over the phone or through email. We accept credit cards at our showroom under $5,000 with an additional 3% processing fee.

Paying with bank wire:

Notification of bank details will be messaged.

Paying with PayPal:

We accept PayPal up to $10,000. There is a 3% processing fee (4.5% international processing fee) that the customer is responsible for.

We strongly suggest you make an appointment when coming into the showroom to view an item you see on our website. Please call (212) 980-1099

Shipping:

We ship with full value insurance, next day air only (FedEx International Priority for international shipments). Please message us to receive a shipping quote. Provide us with your full shipping address and phone number. Please note that we do not ship to Russia, Mexico or China.

Returns:

All sales are final. All of our watches come with a one year guarantee – aside from those explicitly sold in “as is” condition . In the unlikely situation that you experience any issue with the watch losing time, we will repair it free of charge (please note that the guarantee is inapplicable if repair is due to hard use/negligence/cosmetic damage done accidentally/rough handling/etc).

Tax:

Customers from New York are responsible for the 8.875% NYC sales tax.

Warranty

Our limited 6 month repair warranty covers all battery replacements and recurring issues once fixed by our clocks maker. All damages caused by misuse or mishandling of your timepiece are not covered in this warranty. We also do not guarantee waterproofing in our watches.

Our one year sales warranty covers all part replacements and time adjustments. We however do not cover damages caused by mishandling of the timepiece. All warranties are honored only with the original receipt present.
