This is a Vulcain Cricket National “The Watch for Presidents”. The model earned the nickname because it was worn by several U.S. Presidents, including Harry S. Trumen, Dwight D Eisenhower, and Lyndon B. Johnson, introduced in 1947. This unique watch has an alarm mechanism, which was in production for 5 years to overcome the challenge of creating a loud from a tiny mechanism. It is suppose to resemble the sound of a cricket.
