In the early 1960s, for only a few watches, for one year, Cartier and V&C collaborated for very high quality watches including this very rare diamond one!!! 18k Yellow Gold Ladies Rectangular Case with Diamond Bezel Watch circa 1960s. This watch has a silvered dial and black roman numerals. This piece has a python strap w/ a Cartier Deployant buckle. This watch is in excellent vintage condition.
