Up for sale is a Charles Frodsham, London 18K Yellow Gold Minute Repeating Open Face Pocket Watch w/ Certificate c. 1885.
Case: Signed HMF, round 18k yellow gold, open face case no. 07094 measures 54mm, weighs approx. 158g, and features a minute repeating slide to band, button to set time on band by 11 o’clock, hinged case-back monogrammed “WHC”, and 18k cuvette.
Dial: Signed, white enamel dial with black radial Roman numeral hour markers, blued steel spade and whip hands, subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and outer minute track.
Movement: Signed manual winding, minute repeating movement no. 07094, supplied by Golay. Stem wound, pin set.
Condition: Preowned. In excellent vintage condition.
Accessories: Accompanied by Frodsham Certificate of Authenticity.
