Up for sale is a Vacheron & Constantin 18k rose gold vintage lady’s wristwatch. Made in c. 1940’s. Mechanical movement. 18k rose gold case with tear drop lugs. Off white dial, with black Arabic numerals, gold indexes and hands. In very good vintage condition.
